He is IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) certified.
He is having various other certifications in the related field (including certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection).
He is also semi-qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has got 15 years of experience in finance, corporate restructuring, value addition through strategic decisions, investigation and due diligence, taxation, accounting and auditing, MIS, design/development/implementation of various systems and control.
In past he has been associated with large corporates.
He has also successfully delivered international projects.
His core area is corporate consultancy in business structuring, finance, taxation, legal & compliances, system implementation, audit and investigation and due diligence.

By Profession he is fellow chartered accountants (FCA) from institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has done his graduation from University of Mumbai.
He has got 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing, due diligence.
In past he has been associated with Ashar & Associates, chartered accountancy firm in Mumbai.
His core area is bank audit like statutory audit, concurrent audit, stock audit and investigation and due diligence.
